Nice enough programme but LifeMiles customer support is second only to completely hopeless. They simply cannot answer a question straight.
After selling thousands of miles in 2x1 promotions in September then now seem to have upped the redemptions for flights so now LANPASS works out to be better value. Wouldn't consider using LifeMiles as my main FF programme mainly because chasing up errors and missing miles would take up too many hours of my life |

Excellent service! I've travel in Taca for many years and loved the service provided by the staff. I have always been greeted by the staff with a candid smile and willingness to help. Taca reward program is very exact and provides you with great offers. I highly recommend this airline.
